Executool Precision Tooling, Inc., is always recruiting high-caliber craftsmen and specialists in precision injection molding to join our manufacturing team. We have an exciting new opportunity for an EDM Specialist and a Tool Maker at Executool Precision Tooling Inc. located at 2727 West 16th St. in Erie, Pennsylvania. We offer competitive rates and opportunities for career growth in a clean and bright, climate-controlled facility.

EDM SPECIALIST

Qualified EDM Specialists will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

CNC EDM setup and operation experience with CNC sinker EDM. Hole drilling EDM experience is a plus

Experience in a low volume production setting and holding tight tolerances required

Programming experience using any CAD/CAM, and Mastercam, Creo, or Solid works software is beneficial

Ability to measure, mark, and document dimensions of materials

Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and Inspection Tools and Methods

Must be available for 1st shift, Monday-Friday, and must be able to work some overtime.

Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks, including references

TOOL MAKER

Be able to run surface grinders, EDM’s, EDM Wire, build new molds, any CNC experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Be a leader and work independently on new jobs.

Troubleshooting new and existing molds.

Work closely with the quality department and our molding department on new mold builds.

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience

Must be available for 1st shift, Monday-Friday, and must be able to work some overtime.
