Injection Molding
Executool is a world-class custom injection molder, specializing in tight tolerance of engineering-grade resin polymers. Capabilities range from prototype tooling and material sampling to single-/multi-cavity production capacity.
We are ISO 9001:2000 certified and continue to build upon our reputation for exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Our 15,000-sq.-ft. Molding Department is a 24-hour production facility, with a wide variety of presses that range in size from 50 to 200 tons. We use close-looped molding machines, with barrel capacities of 1.9 to 14 oz., that allow for high-precision repeatability.

Executool’s Tooling Department specializes in complete manufacturing of close tolerance plastic and metal injection molds. We offer Class A high-production multi-cavity hot manifold molds to single-cavity prototype tooling.
Our world-class tooling facility—approximately 18,000 sq. ft. of air-controlled manufacturing space—is ISO9001:2000 certified, staffed by highly skilled experts who build quality metal components with precision and attention to detail. Serving the automotive, computer, electronics, medical, pharmaceutical and general markets, our toolmakers can hold tolerances of up to .00001 per inch in laminated tooling.
