Executool Precision Tooling, Inc., was founded by master toolmaker Gary Mayes in 1992. The world-class company, based in Erie, PA, has one of the finest tooling and molding facilities in the country, housing state-of-the-art plastic injection molding equipment. As a leading provider of custom injection molded plastics to the automotive, electronic and medical/surgical fields, our tooling and molding divisions are ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certified.
Executool is a full-service design, build and run facility, specializing in close tolerance parts, laminated tooling, hot runner manifold systems and multi-cavity tools. We also offer close tolerance engineered grade material in molding plastic parts for a global customer base.
With 33,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space, we have a full in-house design team, tooling center, quality assurance team, first article inspection, tool repair department and molding department.
